We had our Acura serviced three weeks prior to our most recent appointment. At that time, the Multi point inspection said everything was good. Car then has serious issues within three weeks. My service rep, Jason, said “oh well, they must have missed it.”
Had we had the proper information, we wouldn’t have put 2,000 dollars into a car just to have an additional $2,500 bill 3 weeks later. The correct information would have changed our decision as to whether we were keeping it or buying a new car.
We have been quite loyal to Honda/Acura. I drove a 1995 Accord until 2010 when I purchased a new RDX (which also lasted 15 years). But this level of service has shown me that I will be finding a new auto dealer.
