Bonnie’s service was super friendly and outstanding. I was traveling with my family and a dog , and had a mechanical issue with our car on our way. She probably understood that it wouldn’t be easy to wait for hours with our dog on site. She nicely asked us if we’d had lunch or not, and suggested us to check out a burger shop where we could take dogs to a patio. We spent a few hours at the restaurant with no stresses thanks to her. As I also work in a customer service industry, I see that Bonnie doesn’t take her position just as a job. She takes it with pride and hospitality to provide better service for her customers. I was very impressed.
