Reyna, my service manager was absolutely FANTASTIC!! In every aspect that one could imagine--from the moment I drove up to the dealership to 10 days later when the work was completed and my car was returned to me. She kept me informed at every step of the process, fully answered all my questions every time and was very kind. She also has a great sense of humor.
