Reyna was wonderful today! She was very patient with me as I decided whether or not I wanted to leave my car to be serviced. Even though I decided not to move forward with the service due to Honda not having any available rentals for me and for the potential fees that I felt were unjustified, that had nothing to do with Reyna and she was super knowledgeable and gave me my options and was very kind! She helped me and I’d love to work with her next time I bring my car in!
