In spite of a very heavy schedule, Bonnie not only delivered excellent service in terms of reviewing the specifics of work to be done and keeping me up to date with progress by text and phone, she was both professional and pleasant through and through. She represented Honda well and made this service experience another reason to be happy with my 2019 Honda Insight hybrid.

Reyna did an outstanding job assisting my wife and I. We were out of town on our 33rd Anniversary trip when our high pressure fuel pump failed. She went over and above to ensure we were checked in quickly and were transported to the rental car office so we could arrive on time to our hotel.
