1994 Honda Civic job.
Please ask Jim W. why a work order outlining parts, parts ordered, labor, taxes, fees, estimated dropoff date and time was never put in writing and forwarded to the customer ahead of the work so the customer and service desk would be on the same page.
This obviously mitigates confusion and is business 101 professionalism.
It’s 2020: text it or email it to client and have them approve.
I will be taking my future service needs elsewhere. Thank you.

Service was good but public-facing staff should wear masks and maintain 6 foot rule. Guy that wanted mileage just stuck his head in the window about 6 inches from my wife. How about, you know, asking for the mileage. I don’t care if these guys feel awkward or silly going it - they need to get over themselves and grow up.
