I like Jim and he’s very cordial and competent. I’ve dealt with him successfully before. He knew I lived in carp and managed to find a loaner for me overnight. All appreciated.
But there was a huge discrepancy between the $350 estimate and the $784 Final bill. Frankly, I was stunned. I understand that I needed a new drivers side window, but shouldn’t the cost of that have been mentioned as a possibility?
