This is the following of first visit of Santa Barbara Honda changing battery, before I left from Honda the first time I noticed the battery warning was still on, a friend told me maybe it was because the new battery was low voltage just run two hours to see. I was taking care the battery warning all the way and it kept going out and coming back, till all the others warning on so I took my car back to Honda. The first mechanic who helped jumpstart my car said "the generator is running" and also I told them the battery warning going out and coming back. At last they told me the alternator must be changed and the valves as well, "it's the only way can take you home". I don't know was there any overstate or misleading or over-repair especially after the first unnecessary battery change, but for a man 100 miles away from home, his car couldn't move 1 inch, and doesn't speak much English, whatever services at whatever prices he has to take, doesn't he?

I told them in the morning everything was fine and after arrived Santa Barbara I got the battery warning, and just before I made my way to Santa Barbara Honda all the warnings were on. They didn’t do any further examines before changed my battery, what happened in the following hours showed it wasn’t problem of my battery, they even didn’t allow me take my old battery which still has one year warranty, you tell me how could I be satisfied.
