Jim scheduled our initial apptmt at the time we requested for the next day, then he rapidly accommodated to our requested schedule change thst morning. He allowed 2.5 hrs for an 85k service on our CRV Touring and had the car ready 20 mins early. He clearly explained the service needed and cost. Everything was quite efficient and professional. He recommended service that was almost $400. It would have been nice to have a printout of his recommendations so I can understand what would be done. So I declined the service. You can’t just rattle off some recommendations & expect people to blindly say sure to $400. People are out of work or working less hours right now with COVID-19. He can email his recommendations with an estimate
