I had some expectations about how long the job was going to take. I was told one hour. However, upon arrival at my appointment time, I was informed the job was going to take four hours. This seemed to be an incredulous period for an oil change. These are very difficult times. I understand we are all doing our best. I still love my Honda dealership in my car. To help support the business, I purchased a cargo liner and floor mats today in addition to my service. Thank you for caring.

Everything was perfect until I turned the car on to leave and there was a strange rattling noise in the engine. When I put it into gear and attempted to drive off the lot, there was a loss of power and the car stalled. This happened a second time as I rolled into the street. All this time, the air conditioner was working wonderfully. I was very disappointed.
Everything was fixed in another 10 minutes but, with our masks, I couldn’t understand what the problem had been.
