I was instructed to show up at 08:30 & was
informed that the A/C issue could cost me or not.
I waited in the show room away from the other person
the service waiting room. Within 2 hours my A/C was repaired
at no cost due to a leak in the Condenser which was
deemed to be elegible &
which was covered by an extended warranty. My confidence
in Honda is such that I wouldn’t have hesitated to pay the
possible $350. As soon as I got in the car I realized the A/C
was functioning properly!

Honda service department, especially the gentleman who is in charge of the service department, is extraordinarily helpful and thoughtful in helping us. It’s about time for us to get a new car. We were thinking about purchasing other brands car, but we finally come to decide to get a new car from Honda—not only for the excellent quality of Honda cars, but also (more importantly) for the top grade service. It is very important to know that the car will always be in good hands after the purchase.
