He lied about availability of appointments on Mondays. Apparently he is paid by commission and didn’t want to lose the ‘sale.’
The 1st issue I identified when I called wasn’t even addressed and when I asked, then he said I could come in Monday and get a coupon for a free oil change.
Lastly, he wears a mask around his chin, not
Covering his nose or mouth (while your other staff clearly understand that masks need to be worn) and moves into people’s physical space not maintaining social distancing.
Given the dishonesty and disrespect for other people I will take the service of my three Hondas elsewhere. This visit was $500 and a bunch of crap.

I had to ask for my car to be pulled up after paying for the service and was told it was already up there and ready. I walked out and it was not. I asked again the front reception (Wendy?) and after waiting 10 mins, I walked in the back lot to find it myself. Walked past the porter and service advisor who were sitting there watching me get my own car. Very disappointed in the service.
