I took my car for oil change service today and some one call me to let me that my car was ready and when I stop to pick up. It was not ready and I was upset With the service. I choose Honda because I tough it was a very good place to take my car but it was not a good choice.

Very good service; however I was very upset while I was waiting what appeared to be a homeless man came in and took a bath in the restroom. No mask and no one challenge him.
I stayed mostly off your property and away from the waiting room.
