We are extremely happy with the service! In our situation, we are coming from 45 min away, and granted, we never make an appointment, although we did call ahead; and Jim always takes care of us...that being said; we realize after today, that we really need to make an appointment rather than just show up as we waited two hours for an oil change. Our bad...we will make an actual appointment next time....

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Honda up until yesterday.I've had Jim as my service manager before and was always impressed by his courtesy. and professionalism Given it was a very busy day, I has to wait 4 1/2 hours for my car when I was told 3. When I got the bill I had to remind them that I was told about a $50 discount, which he applied after. I got home and my service light was still on. So I have to go back again
I’m also confused as how to why a complete service for my sisters Honda CRV( same year as my Honda Fit )came to $300 and I paid $500.
I had to work that afternoon at Cottage and didn’t have the time to ask
I do not blame Jim or the service people in any way and really didn’t want to have to write this.
