The inspection sheet I brought in was denied by Uber because the dealership's "state certification number" was omitted from the form. I appreciate you for filling it out but since it's incomplete I now have to drive back to the dealership a 2nd time...deja vu...to finish what should of been done the first time. I have nothing but awesome things to say about the level of service the service department provides. I just value time and this is the second time in the last two visits another half hour is required on my end to finish the job. Please help complete this form so I can work and have the ability to pay for future visits :)
