I was treated with disrespect and the situation, not because of me, was extremely tense. Bonnie jimenez was phenomenally rude and made me wait for a long period of time while she took off with my coupon and then took out her anger at her staff on me because they had made an appointment for me that they told me was two hours when she said it would take four and then told me that it’s not their job to make appointments (The people who answer the phones). when I told her that I didn’t want to come back to get my car because I hadn’t arranged a ride and I couldn’t wait for more than two hours I have been promised by the woman who made the appointment for me she said in a very adversarial sarcastic tone, “what is it that you want me to do“ and I said well you could give me a discount on my next service because this took 30 minutes out of my day. And she started interrogating me about where I lived. It was the most uncomfortable experience then she took off with the coupon that I had handed her and went to go get her boss even though I was being extremely polite and I had not asked to talk to her boss I had to wait another five minutes even though I was already not gonna get a service and had wasted part of my morning and had lost work hours. It was really a yucky experience that didn’t need to happen because I wasn’t Upset or rude I just was trying to figure out how to get my oil changed and explaining that I had an appointment. In any case it just was a yucky experience and I’m not coming back to honda again ever
