Bonnie was a excellent service technician who got me in without an appointment while I was on a road trip! She directed me to a mechanic that knew what to do to figure out the best way to resolve the problem. Bonnie was very happy and pleasant when dealing with me. She is a great asset to your company.

I called at 11am to confirm my appointment. 3 times in a row a very rude woman she was transferring me to the service department, then either disconnected the line or sent me straight to a voice-mail. The fourth time, I was able to get an answer from some guy who apparently had the information in front of him. Then I showed up, and was initially charged $400 for a full service (this is important later on). I asked only for an oil change and tire work to get a nail out of the tire, which instead would only cost $80. I was told to come back at 2pm, but to wait for a callback. Then I went inside to pay, but was immediately told not to wait or pay, and come back. Like right when I walked through the door by the same lady who was the receptionist on the phone (I assume).
At 4pm I called to ask on the status of my car. After going through the same gambit of being either hung up on or sent straight to a voice-mail, I got through on the third try this time. I was told I would be prioritized, and that they would try and have it ready at 430.
I get there at 430 (closing time), waited another half hour, then my car was finally ready.
Remember that foreshadowing when I said they tried charging me 400? And not 80? Well apparently that extra $320 was to replace the air filter and ac filter. Thats like sixty bucks worth of parts. Rediculous. I know this because those were the only 2 parts that they said needed to be replaced before my next regular service. I could teach a dog to replace air filters so its not exactly a costly operation.
Anyways, thats my strongly worded letter. I guess you could say I was pretty angry thursday but really its just a funny situation. At every step without fail your staff was rude, off-putting, or just trying to swindle me. Which after a few hours was more funny than anything else.
