I felt that Jim knows his job well and did a good job of servicing our car. I think my suggestion is probably just not in his core personality but I feel it would go a long way to hear a basic customer greeting such as “good morning, how are you” with eye contact and face the customer rather than one talking to his back. Without these suggestions I did feel rushed although there were no other customers and no line of cars. These are just suggestions and are not meant to diminish his status as a good employee which I’m sure he is.
