Carlos was understanding about my battery issue. We were trying to get battery replaced by AAA because it was still under warranty but they would not replace it though I had to have battery jumped several times. I was very frustrated and worried about getting stuck somewhere with a dead battery. Carlos got us in quickly and took care of the issue, plus got my care back to me early today in the day. Very happy. Thank you!
