It seems like every time I go to this dealership for work on my vehicle. There is a different service writer there it just shows me that there is a lack of communication amongst management and ownership of this company. As for Mitchell, he was a punk that the service managers will tell to do this, and do that it seem like he could make his decisions without them, putting their two cents in it. As for my vehicle, I was disappointed that the service manager Did not find a solution and wanted to totally take my vehicle apart to find a problem which I thought was ridiculous. Also, my wife was given a rental car and it was taken away and then my vehicle was held in their shop for three days to put a bolt in one bolt Sad because of my feelings I will not be doing any more business with this dealership because it is not a two star dealership in my eyes it is a half star dealership that has a lack of communication and needs management. They put their heart into their work. It’s the first time I’ve been to a dealership that keeps on shuffling employees in and out . This is bad for Kia.

The lack of communication was very disappointing. The only time I was notified of anything was when I initiated a call. I asked several times if the software update was available and the response was "we don't have it." I did some research and found out that there isn't any for the Soul. Couldn't that have been made more transparent. Then there is the issue of if you do or don't have the check from the Ins Co. They say they cut it on 3/31/2023. That went on for 4 days. I called the morning of 4/17/2023 and my call was not returned. Amanda said there were 2 phone numbers. A text could have been sent. The customer service I received was sub par.
