I was dissatisfied with the length of time that my car was gone. I was dissatisfied that it was the second time in five months that the same code came up (camshaft) and that it was not handled properly the first time. I am dissatisfied that the issue regarding the failure of the oil light to alert a problem has never been addressed last time or this time. I am dissatisfied knowing that my vehicle is consuming too much oil without a solution. I am dissatisfied that the safety download from the increased thefts was not addressed while my car was in the shop. I remain concerned that my original diagnosis at another shop reported that I needed a new motor.

I wanted the anti-theft update to car which is what I made an appointment for. After waiting for some time, they said the anti-theft software is down, so the wait will be longer. Then, two hours go by and they say that I can’t get the anti-theft update for my car due to the make of it. All he did was a regular software update. He should have that when I first got there or really before I came to the dealership. I am very unsatisfied with my service.

Bruno was fine, however, The car wasn’t even washed after I had to bring it in for a warranty issue. I saw signs all over the dealership about getting your car appraised because you wanted to buy it. I asked to get my car appraised and the used car manager said he doesn’t want it because it has too many issues. It’s a 2021 Kia forte GT that we just bought brand new from your dealership about a year and a half ago. The only issues have been warranty issues. That says some thing about your product when the dealership doesn’t even want to buy back its own vehicle.
