I received an email informing me I had a service recall issue. I then made today’s appointment to address the open recall issue. Upon arrival at the dealership I was informed I had a total of 3 open recall issues. After working on my car for over 2 hours I was informed that it was all a mistake and that I did not have any open recall issues. I ultimately spoke with the service manager who was dismissive and rude towards me. I am not pleased with the way this was handled and how i Was treated by the service manager. My service advisor Mike was polite and courteous.

Picked up the Sorento after the recall work was completed. Got in the vehicle and none of the buttons on the steering wheel worked. Went back in and had to wait about an hour for it to be fixed. You would think that the mechanic who worked on it would of checked it since I heard that this was common after the anti theft was installed.

Paid over 500 dollars and the vehicle was not fixed. Then was told a new catalytic converter needed over 2100 dollars took vehicle to my tuffy center they found my oxygen censor disconnected and engine cover not in place. 65 dollars vehicle running fine. Your service manager needs some customer service skills.i was asked to leave the premises. Who ever the tech that serviced my vehicle should be fired for incompetence give me call

It was found I had a nail in my tire and there was no mention of it until it was time to pay the bill. He was just going to let me leave with a mail in my tire without offering to have it repaired.

We had a reservation for 1130 for simple oil change and tire rotation. My wife sat there for 2 hrs, and finally someone told her that the car has not been looked at yet. She wasted 2 hrs and still no service. She had to ask for a ride home.
