I am really happy with my service. I realized I had a problem with my tire after work while picking up my kids and drove in very last minute. I really appreciate the fact that he didn't hesitate to help me out even tho they were a few minutes from closing the service department. He could of just said no and made me wait until the next day , it was a real blessing because I would of been in a bad situation without my car the next day because i have to work and transport my kids.Thank you very much .God bless you !!! 10/10

My wheel alighnment discount was not applied. My hisband present the discount that is from the northridgetoyota website. He was told that he was not charged for the tax for the service which is the discount given to him. To my knowledge, California law does not require any tax to services provided which did not require any parts. To my my knowledge, wheel alignment does not require any new parts to be performed. The website shows wheel alignment for $139. He was charge $169.95. Am I missing something here? Please enlighten me. Thanks.

I had a great experience with Jeffrey Johnson, as always.He is my go to service advisor for a long time, and he provides an excellent service. However, today I had an issue with your technicians team. When I picked up my car, I noticed that it has a white/ blue scratches on the front left side, above the wheel. Looks like it was scratched with a jack. I took photos right away. I would appreciate if you provide extra training to the techs, so they will be more accurate in the future. Thank you!

The day before they put air in the tires and all the tires were low Today I brought the car back in again and they checked the sensors and they brought tires helped to pressure except one was still not up to pressure consistent with the other three tires I hope this helps

Glenn was great, no issues with Glenn please note that. I only brought up the issue that last time a technician wrote on my multipoint inspection that my rear brakes were in the red zone (at 3 and 4 mm). This time the multipoint inspection was at 10mm. Did my brakes magically regen? Was I being scammed by the last service advisor and tech to get a service I didn't need? Is Northridge Toyota not checking something as critical as brakes? It's disappointing because it judt reinforces the stereotype that the dealer is out to ripoff clientele that has no clue about cars. I will not be going back to Northridge Toyota and will be letting corporate know of my experience as well.

Deeply unsatisfied with the service. Service advisors and staff are not honest with why there are issues with the blind spot monitoring and sensors around the vehicle. There is a small scratch on my rear right side of the vehicle and Northridge Toyota is blaming that scratch on why the blind spot monitoring is not working. 100% will not go back.

Service Advisor Shirley Diaz did a great job. My issue is with the recall repair process. Northridge Toyota contacted me to set an appointment to bring my car in for the recall repair. When I arrived, I was advised that the work would take approximately 3 hours, so I opted to take an Uber home. Shortly after arriving at home, I received a call from the Service Department, notifying me that they did not have the parts necessary to complete the repair, and that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Why would you waste peoples' time like this? The smarter way would be to contact customers once those parts are available. This would save time for the dealership and the customer as well.
