I looked at the work completed because it being a pretty labor intensive job. All of my bolts and nuts that were taken of are extremely worn to the point if the job had to be done again im sure more than one bolt will strip out. It looks like the technician didnt use the right size wrench. Pretty disappointing.

Unfortunately, my experience at Northridge Toyota today was terrible. A service representative by the name of Heidi Buchanan approached my vehicle and stood outside the driver side window staring into the car. No greeting or gesture. As I opened my door she told me to get out. I said “wow thank you for telling me what to do” She scoffed & proceeded to get the mileage etc
She stormed into the servicing area where my son & I waited for the paper work. She then began to accuse us of having an “attitude” and aggressively told us this wasn’t ok. A little taken back by her negative behavior I stood there quietly as she kept talking. My son nervously laughed to himself and she called him out saying that it wasn’t ok for him to do so. One of the workers entered and asked her for the key to my vehicle. She scolded him and said “why are you asking me, he’s right there” pointing at me.
Typically I let things slide, not one to complain. But her behavior was beyond embarrassing. It’s never ok to argue with a customer especially in front of others. Coming from someone who has worked in the customer service line of business for 10+ years this is not how you handle things. I called & spoke to Mustafa Nassari to submit a complaint about his representative. I truly hope nobody else experiences this. I will look to go to Hamer location moving forward. And I live across the street.

I recently brought my vehicle in for the 10,000-mile service at Toyota of Northridge, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The service took approximately 4.5 hours for what should be a relatively routine maintenance (oil change and inspection). This delay was excessive and not properly communicated.
In addition, the staff’s behavior and level of customer service did not meet expectations. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall an unwelcoming attitude that made the experience frustrating.
As a customer who chose Toyota for its reputation of reliability and service quality, this experience was extremely discouraging. Based on this visit, I would hesitate to return to this location for future service, and it has negatively impacted my perception of the brand.
I will also be sharing this feedback with Toyota’s corporate office, as I believe this location does not reflect the standards expected from Toyota.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvements.
