I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a recent service visit for my vehicle. During my appointment on Monday April 6th, maintenance work was performed on my car that I did not request. Additionally, I was neither consulted nor asked to provide approval before this work was carried out. This is concerning, as authorization should always be obtained prior to proceeding with any services that may incur charges. I expect clear communication and consent before any additional work is done beyond what was originally agreed upon. The person assigned to me that the service wait will be around 3 hours. I did check for an update but he has not received from the service. Then it’s almost 4 hours waiting so I checked again and he checked the computer for the information then it was done but he was not informed I guess this is lack of communication. I know there is a lot of work for the mechanics but I think you need to have a system for the easy job or problem so that your clients will not wait that long.

I wasn’t debriefed on what was done on the vehicle, no recommendations for anything that needs special attention or that need immediate replacement at the moment of picking up my vehicle. Took too long to get My vehicle back. Lastly, on a text I was sent a video showing that the engine air filter needs replacing, quoting the replacement for $180.00!!?? The new original filter price is $22.00 quoted at $50.00 to me and it takes 3 minutes to do the replacement. I understand is a business and is about making money, however this dealership rips off people. Thanks!

I loved Anthony’s service He explained everything and I feel like he went above and beyond However I had a problem with not being able to get my Toyota credit card number in order to pay for the service Anthony put me on a payment plan which seems like a good alternative but I think it is poor service on Toyota as a company to not be able to get a clients credit card number for them I needed a battery and I couldn’t wait for a new card to come in the mail Before service agents were able to.pull the number

When I picked up the vehicle I checked the tire pressure on the screen and it shows the tire that was patched up was 31psi not 35psi like the rest. I asked Aaron about it and he mentioned he would take care of it which he did. I did ask Glenn when I dropped off the car to have the technician check the air pressure of all tires and apparently that was not done.
