Not satisfied of the service due to lack of information, accuracy, timely delivery/finished of the car. Price of the service is way too high! Pick up service person to get your car wasn’t helpful at all! Have to get my OWN CAR!! Where they park it, he just hand it over the my car key & said oh your car is there parked, I told him wasn’t your job to bring the car to the customer? He answered: I don’t want it, too many cars. It’s really BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AT ALL!! That’s why took a longtime for me to go back to Toyota Northridge coz people there are not really accommodating! Sales Rep are annoying too!!! You already said you have a car but they keep asking you questions!!

Glen was okay. he is a little slow knowing i’m waiting for my vehicle at the facility. my vehicle was sitting outside the parking lot and had to approached him to ask if my vehicle was done. That was the only time he knew it was done. He needs to pay attention more on the vehicle that was serviced and done so the customer is not waiting for him.
