I just want to say that I am incredibly disappointed in your team's work. You had my car for over three hours and did nothing, except charge me $200 for a diagnostic that was unnecessary and told me nothing.
Your team didn't even bother to look at the fact that the missing sensor was in the bumper. It took 10 minutes for an actual mechanic to fix it. I will have to find a better Toyota service provider.

Glenn's customer service is very good however the service people took a long time,about 2-3 hrs,to replace 1 tire. Also, this is the 2nd time that I went there to replace my tire but you guys dont have the stock tire replacement.

Waited 4 hours for an oil change, never gotten it done. Jeffrey couldn’t even tell me how long is going to take. Then he went to his break, Alex went and got my car at 1:36pm, they still hadn’t touched it. Waste of 4 hours. Never coming back! Pathetic!

When I asked the representative on the phone about how long it would be for the maintenance to be done. She said about an hour and a 1/2. In reality, it was closer to 3 and a 1/2.

The upcharge on simple service items is insane so I am forced to get a regular auto shop handle air filter changes and tire realignment for 1/3rd the cost. Charging 110 for a filter that costs $27 is too much of an up charge for labor. I’d happily pay $60 for the convenience even though the auto shop next door charged me $50 to change each one.
