It was stated on dropping off the car it would take 2 hours so I waited there. After 2 and half hours I went to check on the car and the car wasn’t started. I was told it will take a few hours more so I pulled my car from getting service. If I knew it would take that long I would have made other arrangements. Also the service person was less than cordial. Highly disappointed with the service.

Jeffrey was courteous, professional, and friendly throughout my stay at Northridge Toyota for my 10,000 mile service. I will definitely look forward to coming back for more service at Northridge Toyota. FYI, I was significantly disappointed when I was visiting Northridge Toyota few years back when I had my 2020 Toyota Camry. But this new management has been so much better and good to see the dealer very busy when I visited.
