I haven’t had my car for several weeks yet again as a result of poor repair work from your facility. Thousands $ worth of repairs needed because of the bad quality of work performed to which your location is now blocking me from which should still even be under warranty on some of. On top of this they have appeared to overcharge me on several things to which I believe you owe me money back. So I will again ask why you are contacting me.

I didn't have an appointment, but I was told that changing the engine oil and rotating the wheels would take 2.5-3 hours, in the end it took 4.5 hours. I asked for an oil change only, they forced me to rotate the wheels, well, ok. As a result, they started checking my entire car and pushing other services that I didn't ask for. They detained my car for 4.5 hours and after we returned it, the air conditioner fan started rattling loudly.

Service waiting time was excessive. I was never handed the key to the vehicle when it was done, service member drove it up to the curb then got out while the vehicle was still running. Thankfully I had my spare in my backpack so the vehicle never turned off, didn’t notice until I got to work. I searched the vehicle but had no luck finding the key.
