After waiting for 3.5 hours WITH appointment for oil change , I saw on my app that my car was moved only after 3.5 hours and took 20 minutes to change oil and return it to me. I will not step foot in this dealership any more for purchase or service, and will review this all over social media. This is not the first time this happens. How is it possible to sit me there with appointment for 3.5 hours?? For oil change ??

I was very unhappy with how long it took for my Rav4 2018 recall repair. My appointment was for 7:15am but I brought it in a little after 7:00am. I received a text at 7:13am checking in my vehicle. I was told it would take 3-5 hours but that wasn't so. I called at 12:24pm and transferred but no one answered. I called again at 12:35pm and left a message with the Service Manager who returned my called at 1:08pm. He sent me an Uber and just as I arrived I received a text at 1:28pm saying my vehicle is ready. I then was told my vehicle wss ready at 10am ish but the system didn't send me the text. I'm also confused why schedule me for 7:15am for the recall if you only have a few mechanics trained for this recall. I should've gone to Longo Toyota where I purchased my vehicle. Longo Toyota is amazing but I wanted to give Northridge Toyota a try and they failed miserably.

I am completely disappointed that Toyota has decided to not give us rides home and back to pick up our ???? with Uber/Lyft. I personally do not have any one close to me that I could ask to give me a ride. Do we have to now bring our sleeping bags?
You really need to come up with an option at the very least for your loyal customers like me who brings my car to no one else except Northridge Toyota for the last 20 something years. I would like to hear from whoever is responsible for this area.

An oil change was performed the tire rotation we discussed wasn’t performed. I waited almost 2.5 hours for oil to be changed. I was told a safety inspection was performed on the vehicle but the basics of brake lights not worked were missed. Pretty sad.
