Every time I take my car in for service, I always get the message that it still needs service, even though it’s supposed to have already been done. When I went to pick it up, it also took a long time for them to bring me the car. I had to ask someone if they could bring it out, and then I had to wait about 10 more minutes after all the paperwork was completed. I understand that you may be busy, but this happens every time. I always have to come back just to have the service message removed. Honestly, this is very frustrating and a waste of time due to repeated mistakes.

Maintenance team is great and have no problems but I keep getting constant texts about my lease even though I closed it at longo Toyota. A person popped up to my window trying to get me to trade in my car while waiting in line to get checked in.
