i sincerely appreciated all that alex did and his communication style, but the first three days of my car being there, without anyone notifying me, were agonizing. i now know from mustafa that tow truck people will often leave the car and the keys without saying anything, but the bottom line was that i was super upset, and joe said he would call me back in 10 minutes after i told him, and he never did. but alex and mustafa were amazing. thank you alex and mustafa!!

Absolutely the worst dealership on the planet hands down… not one single fix could they find for my trucks MANY problems. Then to have to spend $63,000 dollars on a truck that has the max off-road capabilities JUST to be told that one of my trucks many recalls includes me not being able to safely off-road my truck. Car had so many problems that the dealer could never help me fix EVER to the point that I had to sell my brand new car and lose over $15k.

It took over 15 minutes for service advisor to come out and check in our vehicle. He was called three times to come out and check in vehicle, a young lady had to assist him with documentation when I saw who he was, I had seen him just walking around the dealership.

However, I was very annoyed and found it highly unprofessional that one of your sales people came to my car and tried to have me sell me car and buy a new one. He literally said” you car looks pretty bumped out. Don’t spent any money on getting anything fixed. It is a waste of money”.
I would appreciate if you could keep away your sales people from the service department!
