Normally all good but today when I picked up my vehicle my service advisor was out to lunch so I asked another employee. A Woman with glasses with who has the first desk right outside the glass office on Northeast side. She wasn’t on the phone or anything so I said I think my service advisor is at lunch can you… and before I finished speaking she said talk to one of his fellow employees and she walked away.
I thought to myself “wow I thought you were a fellow employee.” I watched her go outside to someone waiting in the car line and proceed to help them. I went on down the line and found someone else who wasn’t busy and they said sure let me help you.
Went outside and got my vehicle fairly quickly but that lady saw me waiting and said across the way to me did you find someone is your car done? I just said yes and ignored her.

Overpromised and underperformed. I took my vehicle in at 730am with the expectation of the diagnostic review to be completed in 4 hrs. After 8 hours I started to contact service to see the estimated time of completion. No one spoke with me or called me back. I told the lady on the phone I was coming to pick my vehicle up at hour nine and while in route finally received a call. When I arrive I had to wait an additional half an hour. Horrible experience. Be honest.
