This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
Two days ago, I came in and asked if my car’s oil change was covered under warranty. I was told yes. But when I showed up, they suddenly said it wasn’t—and only the tire rotation would be done. After sitting there for two hours, they finally told me they couldn’t find the wheel lock and didn’t do anything. Completely unprofessional.
