Shirley Diaz was great. Very pleasant to deal with. Our 2025 Land Cruiser was purchased in December, 2024. In 6 months, it only has 900 miles on it. The service manager said they still want to see it at the 6 month mark. Shirley took my Land Cruiser in, going over what would be done, and notating some concerns I had. She relayed my concerns to the technicians, later calling me with the answers. Shirley also made sure my rear skid plate was installed while my vehicle was there. All in all, a great experience. ????

The person that took my appointment in said my car would be ready in about an hour and a half. It was already 2 1/2 hours and no on notified me it was ready. Apparently the guy who took in my appointment transferred the job to another guy who wasn’t aware of the transfer but when he looked up my car it was already done. So the bad review goes to the guy that did the intake. The second guy was very friendly and got me out fast.

A couple hours after I received my car back from having it serviced for starting issues and basic maintenance, the exact same problems happened again. Mind you, it's only been a couple hours after I got it back from the dealership (2 at max). By the time my car wouldn't start again, it was too late to call and bring the car back. Heidi B. was nice, but I am not satisfied with the "skilled work" the tech performed on my car. It's now July 4th, and my car isn't working :')
