Brought 2017 RAV-4 in for 12-volt battery recall inspection. While driving home I noticed the clock wasn’t reset in my RAV-4 after Toyota Northridge completed the recall inspection. I am inconvenienced of having to make another appointment, make another trip to have Toyota Northridge to reset my clock and wait in the lobby for another 2-3 hours.
The gentleman who waited on me was excellent and professional but the mechanic who performed the inspection wasn’t.
