The service took a long time. Much longer than previous appointments. Each time I visit, the appointments take longer and longer.

Hi, I came in for my ToyotaCare service at around 15,800 miles, and only the tire rotation and inspection were done.
But the oil and filter change were not performed, even though my maintenance plan includes it.

Had I known ahead of time that a ride back home were canceled I would have gone somewhere else for service. I'm very glad that I brought an ice chest with me or I would have been out of luck for the food I brought would have spoiled.

Alejandro was great. However, this visit was my 2nd attempt at completing the 10,000 service. I made an appointment for the service and brought the car in on Saturday, July 5, 2025. The scheduled maintenance was primarily for a lof and tire rotation. After waiting for plenty of time in which to accomplish both of these, I was told my car was finished. However, upon being presented with the invoice to sign, it noted that the tire rotation was not possible b/c the wheel lock wasn’t found. It was in the car, why didn’t they ask me? I specifically had placed it in the pouch behind the driver seat. As it was then 4 o’clock and the shop was closed, it became necessary for me to come back a couple of weeks later only to have the tires rotated. My time was unnecessarily wasted. In the future, when someone is coming for a service which includes a tire rotation, why not have the SA ask where the tire lock is? Thank you.
