Overpromised and underperformed. I took my vehicle in at 730am with the expectation of the diagnostic review to be completed in 4 hrs. After 8 hours I started to contact service to see the estimated time of completion. No one spoke with me or called me back. I told the lady on the phone I was coming to pick my vehicle up at hour nine and while in route finally received a call. When I arrive I had to wait an additional half an hour. Horrible experience. Be honest.

They had me wait in my car for more than 40 mins before my advisor finally came to assist me. The lady that checked me in was rude. Didn’t even give me any update about what is the status of my advisor not until I asked her because I noticed that all of the car before I arrived and long after my arrival are gone. And there at that point she told me that my advisor is running behind, didn’t even apologize. She could’ve mentioned that to me since she’s just standing beside my car, smiling at her phone. Didn’t bother that I am still there waiting for more than 30 mins. Asked for a different advisor because I supposedly have a meeting today and running late. And, that I don’t have a problem with any advisor. ANY ADVISOR IS FINE AS LONG AS MY CAR IS GETTING DONE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. she told me I will have a different advisor but then I ended up with my original advisor my point being is she lied. She’s not taking me seriously, it’s disrespectful I feel like I am being discriminated. I came all the way from Eagle Rock LA to Northridge toyota to have my car service because I was planning ti check some cars and was impressed with everything not until today ???? today was si bad. I am super disappointed. Also, they have my car for almost 4 hrs before they gave it back to me.

I had to call numerous times to get an update about my car. I was sent a report with over 2k in charges for maintenance on a Toyota with 63k. 300 for a car battery test when I was told this would be done for free. Couldn’t get a hold of my service person. When I finally did he said to know worry about that. They tested my battery. Why was it asking if I wanted it then?? I don’t know what the result of my test was just was told battery is fine. Beyond confused and felt like I had to chase answers and extremely uncomfortable with how this was handled. Then I get my car back work a ton of smudges all over and I’m expected to clean it. That’s insane!!! I expect it in the same condition I left it. When asked for help I was told you guys don’t wipe it up. Noel told me he had another customer and left me to deal with it. Then I saw scratches and was told it was from road pebbles even though it was on my hood that you guys opened and very likely scratched. I felt like I was more of an inconvenience and felt rushed out: I’m pretty disappointed.
