I made an appointment to bring my car for service and a recall. The service was completed properly but the recall was not. Noel did a great job helping me out and explained that the technician could not connect to the car. Since I was in a rush Noel suggested I bring it back as there was another recall coming up on the Tacoma trucks. I was disappointed to hear that the recall issue was not taken care of even though I thought waiting at the dealership for almost 2 hours would have sufficed for it. I expect more from technicians when a recall is issued.

We appreciate the quick service turnaround and communication on the alternator repair. However, the van was returned with fault codes and a check engine light related to the alternator failure that were not cleared by the service technician. I had to clear them myself with an OBD tool.

Just a concern. I waited longer this time than the regular schedule maintenance of my car coz Jeff can’t find if I had a tire replacement insurance in which I am 101% sure that I do have it. Hoping eveything will be networking so there would be a long waiting time to have it confirmed.

Normally all good but today when I picked up my vehicle my service advisor was out to lunch so I asked another employee. A Woman with glasses with who has the first desk right outside the glass office on Northeast side. She wasn’t on the phone or anything so I said I think my service advisor is at lunch can you… and before I finished speaking she said talk to one of his fellow employees and she walked away. I thought to myself “wow I thought you were a fellow employee.” I watched her go outside to someone waiting in the car line and proceed to help them. I went on down the line and found someone else who wasn’t busy and they said sure let me help you. Went outside and got my vehicle fairly quickly but that lady saw me waiting and said across the way to me did you find someone is your car done? I just said yes and ignored her.
