Glenn Deitsch's service was great. No problem with him.
I have been going to Northridge Toyota for my oil change/maintenance. I was informed that my oil skid plate is missing this time around. There are four screws holding that plate and therefore the chance of that coming loose is highly unlikely. I work from home and barely go anywhere. So the chance of someone stealing the skid plate under my car is highly unlikely also. The most possible explanation is that it was placed back in the car the last time the car was serviced. This is not a cheap part and cost me $177 for labor and service. I am not satisfied with this at all. If this happens again, I will not be paying for it again and for sure will not come back to Northridge Toyota.
