For 2 and a half hours we were subjected to music being played that sounded like club music, with very excessive bass. This sound was annoyingly loud, abd caused irritation and annoyance by the constant booming abd volume. This made conversation difficult, TV watching distracted and after a while actually was hurting my ears. This was not the environment a customer should be forced to endure while waiting for their car in service, or considering a car to purchase.

I thought Heidi did a great job- I was slightly disappointed by the tire pricing not matching Costco’s - but overall I will be back again for future service- ways to improve would be to include a break condition check since tire rotation is included, it would be pretty easy to look at the pads when taking the tires off. Otherwise the service was fast and professional.

You guys tried to charge me over $300 for filter changes/cleaning I did the work myself for a total of 15 minutes of effort and maybe $15 in parts. Aside from standard oil changes, tire rotations. I highly doubt I will take any suggestions from your service advisor from here on out. My car is barely over 40,000 miles and your service advisor suggested I should do a coolant flush Toyota suggest that should be done at 100,000 miles. Treating customers like they’re stupid, especially with the existence of AI at this point it’s just making your company and your dealership look like price gouging dicks. If something like this happens again, I will never bring my car back to your dealership. I’m willing to give you one more chance, but the quotes I got from your service advisor was offensive.
