After your service department inspected my vehicle, my glove box now falls open abruptly—it used to open slowly. I checked and saw the glove box dampener is completely missing. This happened immediately after your inspection. I was told I needed to replace the cabin air filter, so a tech was definitely in the glove box. I’d like this fixed and restored to the condition it was in when I brought it in.
