Alex was great, I have no problems with him, he was very clear and professional. I only took issue with two things, that I was there a very long time for an oil change and tire rotation, and that recommended 30k mile service hadn’t been done before I bought the car a few months ago (at 30281 miles) from puente hills as a gold certified vehicle with a 7 year bumper to bumper warranty.
