I didn’t feel as a customer I felt that I was running the whole business asking for updates asking what’s wrong asking just questions and the satisfaction wasn’t worth me getting my car serviced at Northridge. Never was I notified that the car was getting work one or what was going on I just got we don’t know and a call when the car was ready

I was not satisfied with the experience, as the service advisor I interacted with was unable to answer any of my questions. Each time I asked something, particularly about what warranties covered on my vehicle, her only response was “I don’t know” without making any effort to find the answer or offer assistance.
This left me feeling frustrated and unsupported, and I hope this can be addressed to improve future experiences.
