Glenn was pleasant as usual, as he has been my go to Service Guy for a period of time now. I did have a disappointment this time though. I brought my car in for standard service, one being rotating my tires. Unbeknownst to anyone, I purposely marks my tires this time to make sure my tires get rotated. Well once service was completed I noticed my tires were in the same position. I immediately brought this to Glenn’s attention and Anthony ****, who was my technician, couldn’t remember if done (which alone seems rather strange as my car had just got serviced) but obviously he offered to make things right. Which I did, as that’s part of what my standard service entailed. Honestly, I left your dealership wondering what else got overlooked under the hood that I can’t see. Then once I got home, I realized my cabin filter wasn’t checked, as I had removed it prior to going with the intention of saving that replacement service charge and change it myself, as I always do. But once home, I remembered Glenn never advised me if I wanted it replaced. So again, I’m very disappointed and wonder if the extra charge multi-clean Glenn upsold me on even got done along with the other standard checks. Again, I was and still feel disappointed and question all the service I’ve done at your dealership in the past. A little history, I bought my current RAV4 at Northridge Toyota in 2017 and I’ve done ALL my service with you for 9 years. But I can’t help but question my future visits.

Gabriel should receive a raise. My wife & I were on our way thru Northridge when we picked up a screw in our tire. We were due to meet friends at Universal Studios after an exceedingly difficult week. We drove from Fresno and found ourselves needing some serious help. And like the Guardian Angel, there was Gabriel, with a smile, and understanding our situation he was able to get us a new tire and in and out within an hour despite it being incredibly busy. Serious shoutout to the two technicians from Fresno who delayed their lunch breaks to help us get back on the road! And thank you to all the staff from the young lady who welcomed us and checked us in at the car entrance, to Gabriel and his technicians from Fresno! With sincere thanks may God bless your business!

The techs failed to diagnose the issues with my vehicle on Friday May 30 service appt therefore I had to bring my vehicle back again on Sat May 31. Noel is still the best service rep!!!!

I wasn’t able to gain trust . The mechanic was not honest with a mistake he made .. I needed up espending 2 different mornings just for an oil change . Nike did a great job taking care of me . Mechanic not so much .
