When I arrived to the dealership I was told that the 25K service would not be covered because my vehicle was at 27K miles. I came to the dealership as per the sticker the service center provided and the service message that comes up on my car. In addition this is a company car with Wheels and the service provided seemed to be bothered by that and did not know what to do. I still do not know if what needs to be done at 25k miles has been completed. The lack of customer service these days is sad and the sales people come following people around asking what kind of car I drive to try to sell me a different car.
