My father comes in and gets service here as well as I, but every time we are treated differently. I didn’t receive a ride home via uber, lobby was full of people waiting for finance. Wanted me to wait 2 hours in the heat outside.. absolutely not. I spent $50 on Uber rides when they use to be provided upon service. I was refused a ride home and service manager was being dodgy and not wanting to talk. My father came in and had a ride home no problem.

The individual who first brought me in, a very short woman best description from my car where we pull into for service check in and especially the Service Advisor I was assigned, this Heidi Buchanan character need MAJOR attitude adjustments, ice cold personalities.
As you can see, I have brought my Corolla into Northridge Service at least two times previously. The Service Advisors I interacted with on my last two or three services were polite, verbally interactive with me in providing comments regarding my car's maintenance options, pricing/recommended time frames, and overall friendly in their demeanor.
This Heidi character could not end the interactions with me fast enough. I came in through the door into where the service advisor terminals are and upon first meeting this Heidi, she gives me this stare of death and says in this stern voice, "PLEASE SIT DOWN, THERE ARE TWO CUSTOMERS IN FRONT YOU, I WILL CALL YOU WHEN I'M READY." The last time somebody talked to me like that I was in elementary school.
Then when the car was finally completed, I walk up to her desk and I proceeded to start looking through the service documents for my car (just like before) to see the technician's notes and she comes and takes the documents away from me and again in her stern voice says "THOSE ARE MY COPIES. I'M PRINTING YOUR COPIES NOW."
She then offered NO verbal commentary regarding the technician's recommendations, handed me the copies of "my" maintenance documents and couldn't end the interaction fast enough.
This is NOT how an employee's personality should be when interacting with the public, especially the PAYING public who have options to go elsewhere. Why? Because now that the whole vibe with your staff has changed as compared to my previous visits, not only will I take my money elsewhere, I will also recommend to others to take their money elsewhere too starting first with my parents who also have another Toyota, a Highlander... look itn up. That is all it takes for one negative interaction to domino effect.

The service was completed in a shorter amount of time than estimated; Glenn, the service advisor, was helpful, friendly and informative (awesome guy); there was hot Starbucks coffee on tap in the lounge; I was able to get an Uber ride home immediately. Awesome!
