I’m not who dropped the ball, but a simple 12thousand mile check took almost almost 4hours … the second visit was to affix a small missing piece by the driver’s windshield, which after almost two hours later was told that the wrong part was ordered and that I need to return another day for it. Jeffry was very nice, but again, I’m not sure who dropped the ball for me to wait so long on two different occasions with no resolve.

Gabriel is great but the service done to my car was not satisfactory. It came in making a sound and was picked up making the exact same sound. The car was there all day. I was told it was ready for pick up and took that as it was drivable. It is not. The car should have been road tested and if there were items that needed to be approved to make it functionally I should have been prompted by a message or a call. It is clunking and not roadworthy for the trips I needed it for this next week. Now I have to make other arrangements because I don’t have a car to drive for picking up my parents for graduation.
I came back immediately when I heard the same noise. Left my number and asked to be contacted the next day and left a message online. Nothing. Bo one contacted me.The situation I’m put in because my car was not fixed well is an unexpected hardship. I don’t have multiple days free to be bringing my car back. I am very disappointed.
