Trying again. No I’m not satisfied. I let them know that the hatchback worked intermittently. They checked it and it worked. So that leaves me with a hatchback that doesn’t always work. On Saturday I could not open the hatchback in the train. I could only get it to work with the driver’s door open, not closed. To me this is unacceptable. Why not replace the latch?? It’s obviously not functioning correctly! Not pleased!

It is just the lack of personal communication. I can NOT and do not want to have to visit some link and approve services. Do the services it was brought there for, and or have a real person call to discuss anything else. I was never given an update of when my car would be ready. Just that it was ready at the very end of the day, and it was close to impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. It was Saturday.
