Alex seemed great. Very friendly and helpful. I do think you guys need to work out the kinks with your new notification system. In the last 3 visits since it was implemented I’ve had issues with the service advisor (3 different people) getting messages and updates to me. I’m sure could be user error on my side. But it’s it’s also definitely on your side as well.

They told me to wait 1/12, and they made me wait 2:50, almost 3 hours for an oil change. It's ridiculous, and they don't have a car for me to take you. Your house is the worst service.
