Rachel went above and beyond to find a solution to the problems I encountered on my way to work today. She hunted down a tire for me saving me time and money. My complaint is with the long wait. I always book an appointment where I wait for my car because I don’t have other transport. I always wait HOURS. Today I waited 4 hours. If you want my business this will have to change.
