I had an 845 am appointment for standard maintenance that I made several weeks ahead of time. I didn’t need the work done on any particular day, but I did expect it to be done in a timely manner. First my estimated pickup time was 2 then 3:45 then 430, then 5:15. Finally when it was pushed to 5:45!I asked if it would be really done then, I was assured it would be. I showed up at 545 and waited another 30 minutes before it was ready

It took just over 2 hours from start to finish for a 5,000 mile service. Which is straight forward and relatively simple. Tire rotation, check fluids and filters. I’d suggest to invest in more service bays and technicians or limit the amount of service appointments per day. Also there were a lot of service advisors just hanging around. From the customers perspective they all didn’t seem necessary, mostly watched them tell stories to other workers and scroll on their phones. Also the uber credit is only for 20 dollars…it costs me 18 dollars to get home from the dealership ONE WAY. Is there a way to get 2 uber vouchers or bring back the shuttle? Hopefully when I go in for an actual oil change/real service it will be more efficient.
