Rick was great. I’m disappointed with the window seal on the drivers side of my 2023 tundra. The window rattles almost every day twice day in my ear and I would appreciate a new window seal. I have brought this issue up every visit to Santa Barbara Toyota since the first 5000 mile check. Other dealerships take care of their customers for this same issue. I am not a satisfied customer.

Mostly fine, but the price you quoted ($1200) for a spark plug change was an obvious ripoff. Even really good plugs are only about $20 each, and a single competent mechanic should easily be able to do the job in 2 hours, including removal and reinstallation of the intake manifold. I am not going to pay $500/hr for labor.
